Please explain to me how any of the limitations being imposed would have stopped the hijakers that day? That's all I want. A few, MAYBE, MAYBE, might have been arrested because of VISA violations, but up till last September, and even today, a violation of thier sort (legal Visa, but stay is over extended) would narely set off a flag (it is *very* common). The rest were perfectly legal, perfectly law abiding foreign citizens traveling to the West Coast. They carried no contra band. There is no possible regulation or search that would have or will detect these people in the future."
